These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and LK88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the lk88 website located at lk88.cam, including all associated services, products, games, and features made available through the Platform.

4.2 Account Security

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

lk88 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice if you are found to be in breach of these Terms of Use.

lk88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and supported cryptocurrency networks (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH). Additional methods may be added or removed from time to time at lk88's discretion.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.

6.2 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your lk88 account must originate from a payment source that is legally owned and controlled by you. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed, and the account suspended pending investigation.

6.3 Currency

The default account currency on lk88 is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All account balances, bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR unless a cryptocurrency wallet option has been selected. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

6.4 Processing Times

Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited instantly. FPX and DuitNow bank transfers are generally processed within 5–10 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes. lk88 bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed by lk88 subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account identity must be fully verified (KYC completed) prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation, fraud alert, or compliance hold.

7.1 Processing Times

lk88 endeavours to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–45 minutes subject to network congestion. These are target timeframes and not guaranteed completion times.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. lk88 reserves the right to request additional verification if a withdrawal is directed to a different payment channel.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by account tier. VIP members enjoy higher limits. lk88 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at any time in accordance with its risk management policies.

lk88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20), indicating the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires total qualifying wagers of RM1,500 before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable.

8.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per transaction is RM250, unless a lower limit is specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at lk88's sole discretion.

8.3 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by promotion. Games with a contribution rate of 0% do not count toward wagering requirements at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the terms of each promotion.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of the bonus being credited to your account. Wagering requirements not completed within the expiry window will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

8.5 Bonus Abuse

lk88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, and to close the associated account, in cases where bonus abuse is detected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting mathematical edge cases in bonus terms, or any form of coordinated bonus harvesting.

All bets placed on the lk88 sportsbook and casino platform are subject to the following general rules:

9.1 Bet Acceptance

lk88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without the requirement to provide a reason. This right is exercised in accordance with our risk management policies and is not intended to discriminate against any individual player.

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, technical malfunction, or manifest pricing error on any game or betting market, lk88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the stake to the player's account. Winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected technical error will be forfeited. The principle "pays to play" shall not apply in circumstances of demonstrable system malfunction.

9.3 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport in question. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets, the final whistle result — inclusive of any stoppage time played — is used for settlement purposes. 9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, and vary by sport, market type, and player account tier. lk88 reserves the right to reduce the maximum stake available to any individual player at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lk88 Platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or sportsbook market.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets without explicit written authorisation from lk88.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an advantage, and failing to report them to lk88 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies ("arbing") that exploit discrepancies between lk88's odds and those of other operators, where such activity is identified as systematic and commercially motivated.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration, KYC, or at any other point during account operation.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your lk88 account to another individual for any purpose.
• Registering or operating a lk88 account on behalf of another person, whether with or without their knowledge.

All content on the lk88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software code, audio and video content, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of lk88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lk88 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, republish, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices appearing on or within Platform content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital medium.

The lk88 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of lk88. Unauthorised use of any lk88 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lk88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform.
• Any content, information, or services obtained through the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform's operation.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the Platform.

lk88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and lk88 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for certain types of damage is not permitted, lk88's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
